1. Eligibility to Apply

  • You must be an existing credit cardholder of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), Eastern Bank Limited (EBL), City Bank, Mutual Trust Bank (MTB), or BRAC Bank.

  • Your existing credit card limit must be BDT 100,000 or higher.

  • You must have maintained a credit card relationship with your existing bank for at least one (01) year.

  • You must have a clean CIB (Credit Information Bureau) report.

 

2. Application Process

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

  • Prime Bank PLC reserves the right to accept, reject, or reassign your credit limit at its sole discretion.

  • Applicants must provide accurate and complete information, including required documents (NID, TIN, and 3-month credit card statement/NOC).

  • Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in application rejection.

 

3. Use of Information

  • By submitting your application, you consent to Prime Bank PLC collecting, processing, and verifying your personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Prime Bank may contact you using the provided information for application updates or promotional purposes (where permitted).

 
 

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the Site for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login or personal information.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using this Site.
